• Deliver direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU, utilizing advanced clinical skills and knowledge.
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs, making timely assessments and adjustments to care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required;
  Master  degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Idaho.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in critical care or ICU settings.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
• Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) is preferred.
