Position SummaryWe are seeking to hire a Nurse Navigator for our Boise Oncology Clinic. As a Nurse Navigator in the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, you will deliver the course of care and treatment as determined under the leadership of the Oncology Inter‑Disciplinary Team (Oncologists, Specialists, Surgeons, Pathologists, Radiologists and Genetics) or other service line utilizing nurse navigation. You will navigate the patient's care collaboratively across multiple disciplines, departments, and providers within the system to achieve seamless patient care.
Includes the assessment and provision of all psychosocial resources necessary to support the patient and their family.

ScheduleWed and Thurs 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
General Requirements- 2 years of RN experience required.
- An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE.
- Must have an RN license issued in Idaho or Oregon before the hire date.
- If licensed in another state, Idaho licenses require establishing residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days of hire.
- Proof of licensure or proof of application in the secondary state must be provided within 90 days of hire.
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network required at hire.
- Oncology Nurse Certification or certification for defined service line and/or tumor site is optional.
