Practice Highlights:
Saint Alphonsus Health System & Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) seek an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our multidisciplinary team of Endocrinologist, Advanced Practice Providers and Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialists. The primary role of the APP will be to provide care for endocrinology disorders such as thyroid, pituitary, adrenal conditions as well as all types of diabetes in the outpatient setting.
The APP plays a key role in ensuring safe, high-quality, & patient centered care.
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Idaho.
- Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
- Strong medical background and experience with endocrinology & diabetes care and/or chronic disease management preferred.
- Commitment to supporting a welcoming environment and patient focused clinic for patients, families, and referring providers.
