Registered Nurse – Hospice

Jet Health, Inc. / First Choice Hospice is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) to care for community‑based patients enrolled in our hospice program in Fruitland,  surrounding areas. • Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state‑of‑the‑art touch pad tablet

• Current State or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License in hand – must also have an active other state license for future expansion
• A minimum of one‑year clinical experience is preferredsi>
• Demonstrated knowledge and skillset in current nursing practice
• Possess a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
• HCHB EMR knowledge is desired
