Jet Health, Inc / First Choice Hospice is seeking PRN / Per Diem Registered Nurses (RN) to care for community-based patients enrolled in our hospice program in Mountain Home, , and nearby areas.

• Follow care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Make home visits within designated geographic areas.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up on, execute, and document doctors' orders accurately.
• Conduct client assessments.
• Manage cases and coordinate care.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.

• Current State or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Preferably at least one year of clinical experience.
• Knowledge and skills aligned with current nursing practices.
• Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
• HCHB EMR knowledge is a plus.
