RN Boise Heart Care Clinic Full-Time Days

Saint Alphonsus Health System is looking for a Registered Nurse for our Boise Heart Care Clinic. This position will be located off I-184 and Curtis Rd.

Our Boise Heart Care Clinic serves patients over the age of 55 diagnosed with conditions including coronary artery disease, hypertension, irregular heart rhythms, or congestive heart failure. The clinic offers Electrophysiology, Echocardiogram, treadmill and nuclear stress tests, and lab services.

• Perform treadmill stress tests and other cardiac procedures.
• Administer medication and triage cardiac patients.
• Educate patients about their cardiac conditions.
• Schedule cardiac procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
• Serve as a mentor to clinical staff.
• Preserve confidential patient information.

Full time – 4 10‑hr shifts per week.

• Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE.

• Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date.
• Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.
• All colleagues must provide licensure or proof of application in process for an Oregon RN license within 90 days of the hire date.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network required at hire.
• Must obtain ACLS within 6 months.
