Available Schedules:
- 5x 8 hour days
- 4x 10 hour days
- 3x 12 hour days
Must be willing to do weekend call work (pager, not in-house).
- WEEKEND CALL: 0700 - 0700 Saturday or Sunday.
- Call 1 on Sunday is off. Post Call on Monday.
- Call 2 is not off Post Call.
- Weeknight call at least once per week.
Trauma cases - MOSTLY.
CRNAs only perform SPINAL Blocks, NO regional anesthesia.
EMR: EPIC.
Patient Age Demographic:
Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric.
Required:
Diploma, Internship/residency/fellowship; all medical licenses; DEA Board Certification;
Life support cards - BLS, License;
Professional color photo/headshot; CMEs for the past 2 years;
Immunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID;
References;
Case logs.
Provider proficient in OB Care, regional anesthesia, and working independently (ex. Conducting their own pre‑ops, not in a supervised practice model).
Certifications:
Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS), DEA, NBCRNA State Licenses:
Idaho.
