Job ResponsibilitiesWide array of case mix to include General, Orthopedic, OB/GYN, Neuro, Vascular, and Trauma. No complex pediatrics, burns, or transplants.

- Shifts worked over scheduled FTE paid at $250 + 150% a hour

- Idaho CRNA licensure and granting of privileges at SARMC and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed, valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA
Fixed shift, 40 hours a week. Scheduled for 1760 hours annually to maintain 1.0 FTE status.
