Locum CRNA needed to join a fantastic facility in 60 days and work ongoing in Boise, .

• Schedule:
  
  7 am start. 8, 10 or 12 hr shifts approximately 40 hours per week.
• Call:
  Required. 1 first call and 1 second call per 14 days with post first call day off. Occasional weekend work about once a month.
• Cases:
  All cases available except cardiac, transplant & complex pediatrics. A CRNA can opt for certain cases to some degree.
• Supervision model. CRNA may perform induction without MD present, spinal anesthesia & some epidural anesthesia available.
• DEA needed.
• Credentialing: 4 to 6 weeks.
• $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included. Would prefer drive over candidates if possible.
