• Must have a Nursing Degree (ADN, BSN, MSN).
• An Idaho RN license (some units require secondary licensure in the state of Oregon).
• Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.
• An active and unexpired Basic Life Support for Health Care Provider (BLS/HCP) certification from either AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network.
• Additional certification may be required depending on the unit.

Anything that highlights customer service, multi-tasking, critical thinking, independent judgement, leadership, etc - all these things apply to nursing!
