Regional Sales Representative

We are seeking a driven Regional Sales Representative to grow a multi-state Western territory focused specifically on sheet metal fabrication equipment and solutions
.

This role is ideal for a sales professional already working in fabrication equipment, industrial tooling, or metal processing environments who wants to expand their territory and earnings potential. It is also well suited for someone with hands-on experience operating or supporting punch presses, press brakes, or laser cutting systems who understands fabrication workflows and wants to move into a consultative sales role.

You will work directly with sheet metal fabricators, contract manufacturers, job shops, OEM suppliers, and metal processing operations to deliver equipment solutions that improve throughput, reduce setup time, and increase forming and cutting efficiency.

Your territory will center around:

• Sheet metal punch presses
• Hydraulic and electric press brakes
• Fiber laser and CO₂ laser cutting systems
• Sheet metal forming and bending equipment
• Tooling for punching and forming applications
• Fabrication process improvement solutions

• Develop and execute a focused territory sales strategy across Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Montana, and Northern California.
• Prospect and grow new business within sheet metal fabrication shops and metal processing facilities.
• Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through consultative, solution-based selling.
• Conduct on-site visits to evaluate fabrication workflows involving punching, bending, forming, and laser cutting processes.
• Present capital equipment proposals, cost-justification analyses, and productivity improvement strategies to owners, plant managers, and operations leaders.
• Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM documentation.
• Represent the company at regional fabrication trade shows, open houses, and industry events.

• Experience selling or supporting sheet metal fabrication equipment such as turret presses, punch presses, press brakes, or laser cutting systems
• OR hands-on experience operating, programming, or maintaining punch presses, press brakes, or fiber/CO₂ laser systems in a sheet metal fabrication environment
• Understanding of sheet metal processing including punching, bending, forming, and cutting applications
• Comfort discussing production efficiency, tooling life, setup reduction, and fabrication throughput
• Strong relationship-building and territory management skills
• Ability to travel 50–70% within the region
• Total Target Compensation: $90,000 – $105,000
