JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Oversee daily beef fabrication and processing workflows.
- Ensure strict adherence to USDA safety standards.
- Manage and train production line staff members.
- Monitor product quality for consistency and excellence.
- Optimize production yields and minimize operational waste.
- Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Coordinate with quality control and maintenance teams.
- Track performance metrics to meet output goals.
- Prior experience in high-volume beef processing.
- Proven leadership skills in a manufacturing setting.
- Deep knowledge of HACCP and food safety.
- Ability to work flexible production facility shifts.
