• Oversee daily beef fabrication and processing workflows.
• Ensure strict adherence to USDA safety standards.
• Manage and train production line staff members.
• Monitor product quality for consistency and excellence.
• Optimize production yields and minimize operational waste.
• Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
• Coordinate with quality control and maintenance teams.
• Track performance metrics to meet output goals.

• Prior experience in high-volume beef processing.
• Proven leadership skills in a manufacturing setting.
• Deep knowledge of HACCP and food safety.
• Ability to work flexible production facility shifts.
