• Operate various sizes of loaders.
• Load all kinds of trucks.
• Maintain haul roads and berms.
• Use scales and other tools to get loads correct.
• Clean and grease the loader every shift.

• Previous loader and truck loading experience.
• Knowledge of modern loaders and technology.
• Ability to work flexible shift.
• Dependability and ability to work in a safe manner.
• Environmental adaptability.
• Ability to work independently and be self‑motivated.
• Team player, able to get along with a diverse group of people working toward a common goal.
