CNC Machinist II

We are seeking a driven, hands‑on Machine Operator to join our ever‑growing company and team.

• Set up and run various CNC machine tools.
• Ensure all parts produced meet specs of print using proper measurement tools.
• Work within very close tolerances.
• Read and follow drawings & job work instructions.
• Perform routine machine maintenance.
• Load and indicate part to fixture.
• Monitor tool wear, load tools and inserts as required.

• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent work ethic; open to working overtime if the need arises.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet time deadlines.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and handle measuring equipment.
• Knowledge of CNC milling/lathe machines.
• Basic computer skills such as e‑mailing, opening, and printing documents and navigating Windows/Internet Explorer.

• Ability to lift 35 pounds by self in a safe manner.
• Ability to use lifting assist.
