Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager will oversee tool installation activities and manage all phases of assigned projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for schedule adherence, cost management, field coordination, and ensuring work meets established quality and safety standards. The Senior Project Manager will lead a team of project managers and support personnel and will interface regularly with clients, contractors, and engineering partners.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Establish project objectives, procedures, and performance standards, and communicate them to field teams.
  • Oversee and direct day‑to‑day project administration or manage multiple Project Managers and their project responsibilities.
  • Train, support, and supervise project management staff in required processes and systems.
  • Review, negotiate, and manage all project change orders.
  • Maintain project logs, tracking documents, and reporting requirements.
  • Supervise and train Project Assistants on documentation and project controls.
  • Serve as primary liaison with client representatives, engineering teams, and vendors to coordinate construction activities.
  • Work with onsite supervisors and field leadership to ensure tool installation activities are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Identify and address potential issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Represent the project during meetings with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review monthly cost reports, budget updates, and financial projections.
  • Manage financial components of the project including billings, cost tracking, equipment rentals, and overall job profitability.
  • Perform additional duties as required based on project and business needs.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience
    , ideally with experience in tool install, semiconductor environments, industrial construction, or complex technical installations.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety standards, equipment, and installation processes.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience will be considered.
Competencies
  • Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing project teams.
  • Strong client‑facing skills; ability to maintain professional relationships.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and maintain compliance with policies.
  • Solid understanding of safety standards and jobsite protocols.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience with project management or estimating software is beneficial.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, adapt to changing conditions, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and effective in a team environment.
  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff, clients, and vendors.
Travel
  • Up to 25% as needed for project and site requirements.
Working Conditions
  • Work may be performed in an office environment or on active project sites.
  • Jobsite environments may involve exposure to construction activity, varying temperatures, noise, equipment, and other site‑specific conditions.
  • Indoor work may involve extended periods of sitting, computer work, walking, bending, and light lifting (up to 30 lbs).
  • Site visits may require appropriate PPE and adherence to safety procedures.
