Overview
A company is looking for an AVP - FNOL & Claim Intake Operations.
Responsibilities- Launch and stabilize multi-channel intake with clear SOPs, RACIs, quality controls, and a robust Quality Assurance framework
- Partner with clients to define and manage intake SLAs, design performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement
- Provide oversight and direction for training and staff development
- 8+ years in P&C claims, including 5+ years in FNOL / intake or claims operations
- Experience working with challenging deadlines
- Hands-on integration of intake / front end flows with a claims platform
- Strong process and data design skills
- Self-motivated leader for a diverse team
