Your PurposeAs the Sales Director, you will oversee the entire sales department and lead the team responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience. You’ll work closely with sales managers and Client Advisors to ensure every guest receives transparent, consistent, high‑quality service—while driving performance, integrity, and growth at every level.
What You’ll DoLead & Coach
- Train, mentor, and develop Sales Managers and their teams
- Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and genuine care
- Serve as a culture carrier—modeling Maverick’s values in every action
- Lead day‑to‑day sales operations with clarity and consistency
- Optimize sales workflows, systems, and processes
- Build, refine, and enforce scalable sales processes
- Oversee sales metrics, forecasting, and department performance
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and team development sessions
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic solutions
- Ensure every client receives a transparent, honest, and memorable experience
- Reinforce Maverick’s no‑pressure, client‑first philosophy
- Collaborate with leadership to innovate and elevate the entire sales journey
A strong match for this role will bring:
- 5+ years of leadership experience (automotive experience preferred but not required)
- A proven ability to coach, develop, and lift up teams
- A hands‑on approach—you lead from the front, not from an office
- A strategic, data‑informed mindset with strong operational discipline
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to inspire trust
- A passion for creating a world‑class client experience
- A natural ability to uphold and protect a strong, values‑driven culture

$100,000–$150,000+ (Base + Commission)
