Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager to join their team. As a Senior Project/Program Manager, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting strategic initiatives. • Lead a multi-phase, enterprise program focused on AI‑driven analytics enablement and data modernization.
• Drive program governance, scope discipline, and dependency management across multiple teams.
• Partner with Finance leadership, AI/data experts, and cross‑functional stakeholders to define priorities, timelines, and operating mechanisms.
• Facilitate executive‑level meetings and reporting, ensuring visibility for VP and CFO stakeholders.
• Champion change management and adoption, including communication, training, and UAT coordination.

• 15+ years of experience leading large‑scale, cross‑functional programs and enterprise initiatives.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a compressed timeline.
• Technology‑first mindset with experience in data & analytics programs, AI‑driven initiatives, and Master Data Management (MDM).
• Strong strategic thinking, proactive leadership, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional executive communication skills and comfort leading through ambiguity.
