Maintenance Technician Responsibilities & Duties
Four Site Property Management’s, operating under Bach Team, mission is to provide quality service and housing to our customers, to provide valuable work experience for employees, and to obtain a fair profit all while maintaining our competitive and professional image.
Foursite- Apartment Community is now seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. Candidates must have good reasoning, problem-solving skills, excellent customer service skills, and a positive team-player attitude.
- Assist with maintenance improvement projects
- Maintain the upkeep and repair of the property and grounds
- Assist with periodic inspections of the property and apartments
- Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy
- Perform work order requests
- Complete seasonal maintenance such as maintaining sprinkling systems, pool area, and snow removal
