Automotive Maintenance Technician

Foursite- Apartment Community is now seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. Candidates must have good reasoning, problem-solving skills, excellent customer service skills, and a positive team-player attitude.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities & Duties

• Assist with maintenance improvement projects
• Maintain the upkeep and repair of the property and grounds
• Assist with periodic inspections of the property and apartments
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy
• Perform work order requests
• Complete seasonal maintenance such as maintaining sprinkling systems, pool area, and snow removal

Maintenance technician skills:

• Home repair or handyman skills
• Experience with painting
• Knowledge of pool operation and maintenance
• Willingness to assist with janitorial duties such as power washing, picking up trash, cleaning, etc.
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to be on call for maintenance emergencies

Schedule

The work schedule is Monday through Saturday, with a day off during that period plus Sundays.
