We serve hospitality, healthcare, events, municipalities, office, retail, and universities.

You will assist customers in the financial transaction upon entering parking facilities and work with a crew responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of multiple parking decks in a downtown business environment.

• Sweeping, litter pickup and disposal
• Painting and pressure washing
• Work both indoors and outdoors year-round

• Sincere enjoyment of creating a positive experience for customers and coworkers
• Team player who shares knowledge and excels while working independently
• Prior mechanical or painting experience preferred
• Good knowledge of downtown locations a plus
• Ability to calculate parking amount due from customer then collect validations and payment
• Operate cash register and maintain strict cash controls

• 1 year in janitorial & maintenance work
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
