LHH is assisting a law firm near Boise, Idaho in their search for an ambitious Civil Litigation/Trial Attorney. This court-facing position will involve working on civil litigation and personal injury cases. The attorney will have autonomy, an independent case load, and access to legal assistants. This position offers unique flexibility, as the attorney can choose how many hours to bill, ranging from 25—40+/week.
The firm offers top compensation and a unique, flexible model, where attorneys are paid by billable hour. The anticipated annual compensation range, depending on experience and hours billed, is $100,000—$190,000. They also offer excellent benefits, including PTO, 401k with company match, and generous bonuses. No book of business is required.
Responsibilities- Attend court hearings, argue motions, and sit first or second chair in court trials and jury trials
- Research and write motions
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Juris Doctor
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Idaho
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills
- Comfortable in court (enjoys being in court!)
