We are looking for an expert to be responsible for providing legal services for the Company s business and operations in the Mountain region, which encompasses Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. Responsibility for placing safety as #1 priority in day-to-day work routine for self and others is a must.

• Bachelor s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Idaho, Wyoming, or Montana.
• Three or more years of experience in the practice of law.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in interacting with peers, management, and external parties.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters and meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical skills and independent judgment.
• Experience in the practice of law in area(s) related to the Company s business and operations.
• Proficiency with legal research and writing.
