- Navigate strong personalities without becoming reactive
- Balance empathy with accountability
- Bring steadiness into politically sensitive situations
- Own 25–30 active client relationships with strategic accountability
- Lead recurring executive strategy calls with structured preparation
- Translate enforcement data into concise business‑impact summaries
- Identify early churn indicators and proactively address risk
- Coordinate tightly with delivery specialists to ensure execution quality
- Operate with disciplined workflow management across CRM and internal systems — no informal or memory‑based oversight
- Track renewal timelines and prepare retention strategy in advance
- Guide clients through channel escalations with composure and authority
- Recommend structural adjustments as marketplace volatility shifts

- Proven ability to navigate tension constructively
- Exposure to Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and multi‑marketplace environments
- Experience with MAP enforcement, channel governance, distribution strategy, or regulatory/compliance environments strongly preferred
- Experience working across multiple international markets is strongly valued
- Competitive base salary aligned with experience.
