Purpose of RoleProduct Apps Sr. Lead Solutions Architect to support all functional areas of our growing business which Manages the technical solutions for 2 PLM Instances and our Merch Module. Candidate will craft enterprise‑capable applications and develop innovative solutions quickly by possessing a deep understanding of the business process and using all of our toolsets to deliver solutions to the business. This role also designs and implements our Automations via Automation Anywhere and partners with our AI team to solution new innovations that fit our processes.

- Must have experience with leading enhancements and upgrades in a critical, 24/7, high availability and highly enhanced environment.
- Drive the Technical landscape of our tools Including designing solutions, oversee code contributions from external vendors and ensuring scalable architecture
- Ability to deliver quick efficiency wins to our end users via Automation Anywhere.
- Lead architects, functional owners and other IT shared services to design and develop the roadmap with the ability to be flexible to an ever changing product creation landscape.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as needed by evaluating both out of the box functionality and custom code. Raise issues as required with various software vendors and make appropriate changes to Under Armour developed programs.
- Conduct Technical Unit Testing of the developed objects/solution and provide full life cycle documentation, including securing from the SaaS providers for internal documentation
- Help drive the roadmap with the project team with analyzing system development opportunities by gathering data, reviewing company operations, evaluating alternative methods and preparing time estimates according to project guidelines
- Partner with project leader to keep projects on schedule and recommend needed action to meet deadlines
- Support other UA teammates in learning and growth across tools and applications.
- Bachelor's degree with typically 10 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience or typically 14 years of relevant experience without degree in PLM or Merchandising solutions or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Automation Anywhere, Python, C# and/or Java for the programming, testing, and debugging of various applications
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.
