Qualifications:
5-10+ years of experience focused on SaaS or technology agreements Active Bar license in the United States Expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing SaaS contracts Strong understanding of SaaS agreement terms, data privacy, and compliance considerations Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
