Required Qualifications Four-year university degree in Computer Science or related field and/or 10+ years of equivalent experience Highly desired certifications include Microsoft 365 Certified:
Administrator Expert and ITIL 10+ years of experience supporting and engineering enterprise environments, particularly with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory Advanced knowledge of Entra , Microsoft Server, and Linux systems Experience developing automation relevant to Managed Services operations
