* This role requires hands-on experience developing secure, scalable solutions within Oracle Fusion SaaS environments. The ideal candidate brings deep technical proficiency in Oracle's cloud platform, a strong understanding of federal data governance and integration standards, and a collaborative mindset to work within multi-disciplinary Agile delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and extend Oracle Fusion SaaS applications, including creation of custom objects, workflows, approval hierarchies, integrations, and reports.
- Implement and maintain solutions using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, and Application Composer.
- Support data migration, API development, and real-time integrations between Oracle Fusion and on-prem or third-party systems.
- Participate in Agile sprints, contributing to design, build, testing, and deployment activities.
- Support system security and compliance with FedRAMP, DISA STIG, and DoD Cloud Computing SRG (IL2/IL5) requirements.
- Collaborate closely with functional leads, architects, and security engineers to ensure technical designs align with business requirements and accreditation standards.
- Author and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and code version control.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production or testing issues across multiple environments.
- Participate in Code Reviews, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and automated testing initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance (must be verified at time of hire).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing or extending Oracle Fusion SaaS applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, or CX).
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder (VB), Application Composer, and BI Publisher.
- Demonstrated ability to work within secure federal environments and comply with DoD IT/security controls.
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP web services, Groovy scripting, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Dev Sec Ops tool chains (e.g., Jenkins, Git, JIRA).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate technical solutions to both developers and functional users.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting DoD or Federal civilian customers in multi-network (IL2/IL5/IL6) environments.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services and identity management (IDCS).
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or People Soft integration/migration to Fusion Cloud.
- Oracle Certified Professional - Fusion Applications or Integration Cloud certifications.
- Experience with secure CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.

Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
