As a Program Manager for the Indirect Procurement, you will be responsible in translating Global Procurement strategic objectives into program roadmaps to realize distinct and measurable benefits for the organization; especially passionate about major capital construction and facilities operations initiatives!

Role and Responsibilities:

Program/Project Management

Translate strategic objectives into project plans and program roadmaps.

Lead projects/programs from inception to sustainment, including defining objectives, delivering plans, assessing risks, and ensuring goal achievement within budget and timelines.

Drive accountability through clear definitions, communication, feedback, and effective project management.

Use with AI and use it to automate processes and tools

Help define and deliver Interpersonal Goals with metrics and supporting data.

Engage with internal and external partners to meet the CHIPS program initiatives.

Identify and lead risks, making informed decisions based on data.

Establish methods for measuring and supervising program performance, providing consolidated reporting for various collaborators.

Leading Through Influence

Encourage and persuade others to adopt processes, systems, tools, or behaviors for successful program implementation.

Apply change management methods to increase adoption speed and collect program value.

Communicate clearly and concisely, leveraging storytelling to engage and influence decisions, behaviors, or opinions.

Stakeholder Engagement

Champion positive relationships with customers to achieve objectives.

Coordinate with program sponsors and collaborators to define problems, scope, progress measurements, timelines, and resources.

Build support and develop collaboration during change processes.

Domain Fluency & Eye For Business

Apply procurement domain knowledge for capital construction and facilities operations.

Utilize business acumen to incorporate guidelines and lessons learned in program and project execution.

Data Fluency

Understand, interpret, and act on data to drive decision-making, curiosity, and innovation.

Ensure efficient outcomes for Micron's central initiatives through data-driven insights.

Digital Dexterity & Innovation

Adopt new tools, processes, and systems for innovative ways of working and continuous improvement.

Find opportunities to leverage technology for driving better business outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or Procurement.

5-10 years of hands‑on experience in program management (program delivery, change management) and Indirect Procurement

Skilled in Power Automate, O365, SharePoint, Power BI, , MS Project, Visio, Agile/backlog management tools e.g. Azure, Jira, Confluence

Proficiency in written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP experience and Change Management Practitioner Certification (PROSCI)

Project Management Certification (PMP)
