As Head of Delivery – Boise, you will lead end-to-end delivery for a major client engagement in Boise. You’ll be responsible for overseeing multi-disciplinary teams delivering analytics, AI, and digital transformation initiatives. This leadership role requires someone who can bridge business strategy with technical execution — managing complex programs while guiding senior stakeholders toward measurable outcomes.

You will serve as the senior-most Multiscale.ai representative on-site, accountable for client success, project governance, and overall delivery excellence.

• Oversee execution of large-scale analytics, technology, and digital transformation programs.
• Ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery of client initiatives.
• Define and manage delivery frameworks, KPIs, and governance mechanisms to maintain accountability and transparency.
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks across work streams.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders at the client organization.
• Partner with client leadership to shape strategic roadmaps and identify growth opportunities.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable technology and analytics solutions.
• Build trusted advisory relationships through thought leadership, insight, and results.

• Lead, mentor, and scale cross-functional teams of consultants, engineers, data scientists, and program managers.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Provide performance management, career development, and capability-building support for delivery teams.

• Collaborate with internal Multiscale.tech leadership to identify and drive opportunities for account expansion.
• Contribute to development of new offerings, methodologies, and best practices for delivery excellence.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.

• 5–10 years of experience in management consulting, technology delivery, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional programs for Fortune 500 or enterprise clients.
• Experience managing hybrid teams (onsite and remote) across business and technology domains.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability with structured thinking and ability to pick up new concepts fast
• Deep understanding of technology‑driven business transformation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable delivery plans.
• Ability to work with India and US‑based teams seamlessly
