Data Integrity Specialist

Data Integrity Specialist – Join to apply for the Data Integrity Specialist role at Ericsson
. This hybrid position requires onsite work 3 days a week in either Plano, Texas or Boise, Idaho. Relocation is not offered. Ericsson does not sponsor US work authorizations (H-1B, O-1, TN) and does not hire F-1’s working on EAD for this position.

• Maintain database accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness through
• Research and analyze  account, lead, and contact record information
• Work directly with our Operations team to consolidate duplicate customer records
• Support efforts to optimize workflows and increase efficiency in data integrity practices
• Assist with additional data integrity projects by leveraging available sales tools and resources

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree (Marketing/Business preferred) or equivalent experience
• Must be proficient in Excel
• Experience with  (preferred)
• Experience with Zoom Info (preferred)
• Experience with AI tools (preferred)
• High quality written and verbal skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Highly motivated, with a strong desire and willingness for completion and achievement
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and data management best practices
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks and assignments
  
  Ability to understand business issues and their interrelationship with compensation
