Job Description

Network Technician role focused on maintenance, installation, and support of network cables.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and maintaining network communications.
  • Test and assess LAN/WAN systems to eliminate problems and make improvements.
  • Assemble and arrange materials and equipment for network cabling.
  • Run, pull, stop, and splice copper and fiber optic cables (e.g., CAT5, CAT6, low voltage cables).
  • Provide test equipment for testing new and suspected faulty cable connections.
  • Measure and replace identified faulty fiber cables.
