Software Implementation Specialist

This role goes beyond traditional support. It’s about partnering directly with customers to bring tailored solutions to life. You’ll play a key role in guiding them through software installations, delivering personalized training, and managing data migrations. Strong SQL scripting skills are essential, as you’ll frequently work with complex data sets and perform custom transformations during implementation.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage customer implementation projects, including timelines, milestones, and communication
• Migrate data from legacy systems using SQL database scripting and data transformation techniques
• Provide technical assistance for software customers, including installation help, best practice guidance, and on-going troubleshooting
• Deliver support via phone, email, and remote meetings in a professional and customer-focused manner
• Develop custom database scripts and reports to meet specific customer needs
• Document and escalate software defects and feature requests following established workflows
• Participate in quality assurance and testing efforts for new product releases
• Collaborate with software support and development teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Assist internal team members with technical issues and contribute to knowledge sharing
• Manage personal workload effectively while remaining responsive to team priorities and shared deadlines
