Intermountain Hospital is looking for a dynamic Human Resources Coordinator
! If you have a desire to work in an engaging environment with a team of professionals dedicated to the healing and health of the patients we serve, we want to hear from you! This position is responsible for numerous duties that include, but are not limited to, performing administrative tasks for the Human Resources Director including filing, typing, preparing reports, answering phones, responding to employment verification inquiries, data entry into the HR/Payroll systems, preparing orientation materials, maintaining employee records and maintaining the employee database on health and training certifications/licenses.
The position will work on special projects and assignments as assigned. Performs other related duties as assigned by the Human Resources Director.
Shift: Full-time 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Intermountain Hospital, located in Boise, has been providing quality psychiatric and chemical dependency services to Idaho's Treasure Valley and the western US since 1980. This 151-bed facility is located on 10 beautiful acres near the foothills of Idaho's dramatic Sawtooth Mountains. Education: High School graduate required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
Experience: Minimum one (1) year experience in Human Resources required.
Shift: Day shift Monday through Friday.
