Position: HR COORDINATOR

Overview

Intermountain Hospital is looking for a dynamic Human Resources Coordinator. This position is responsible for administrative tasks for the Human Resources Director, including filing, typing, preparing reports, answering phones, responding to employment verification inquiries, data entry into HR/Payroll systems, preparing orientation materials, maintaining employee records and the employee database on health and training certifications/licenses. The position will work on special projects and assignments as needed.

Shift: Full-time 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Intermountain Hospital, located in Boise, provides psychiatric and chemical dependency services. Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative tasks for the Human Resources Director, including filing, typing, preparing reports, answering phones, responding to employment verification inquiries, and data entry into HR/Payroll systems.
  • Prepare orientation materials and maintain various employee records and the employee database on health and training certifications/licenses.
  • Support special projects and assignments as directed by the Human Resources Director.
  • Other related duties as assigned by the Human Resources Director.
Qualifications
  • Education: High School graduate required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum one (1) year experience in Human Resources required.
  • Shift: Day shift Monday through Friday.
