Overview

BITTERCREEK ALEHOUSE & RED FEATHER LOUNGE SEEKING FOH MANAGEMENT!

Just Eat Local is looking for a savvy, creative, & hungry hospitality professional to assume a service management role. Job activities focus on managing FOH operations that impact guest experience and hospitality of the restaurant.

• Managing team execution of defined service standards
• Staff coaching that emphasizes guest experience and product presentation
• Overseeing service of 3-5 meal periods per week
• Educating & training staff on our dynamic seasonal menus
• Representing the final step in guest interaction and conflict resolution
• Acting as quality assurance for guest experience

The right candidate must be a dedicated advocate for the hospitality industry and the people that work in it; committed to the idea that culinary jobs are careers and the staff that work them should be rewarded with respect and professionalism for their pursuit of these careers. Applicants should also have strong opinions about (and experience in) the restaurant industry, craft beverage, local food systems, and a general appreciation for Boise's unique cultural identity.

Starting Wage: $60k/year
