Job Summary: Working as a Senior Catering Director for Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services will allow you to manage the catering department and oversee all internal and external catering for the account. You will manage client relationships and ensure that food and service at functions are of superior quality.

• Train catering staff in service techniques, menu presentation, and customer service.
• Track and monitor labor and food cost for each event.
• Maintain excellent client relationships.
• Work with the Chef to create menus.

• AS degree preferred.
• Three to five years of food service management experience preferred.
• Catering experience is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
