We are seeking a full‑time, night‑shift RN to join our Maternity Center in Boise. This position is eligible for sign‑on incentives and relocation assistance, for applicable candidates.

Location

Unit:
Birkeland Maternity Center, off I‑84 and Garrity Blvd in Nampa, Idaho. RNs will take shifts in both the Boise and Nampa Family Maternity Units as needed.

Shift

Three shifts a week, 7 pm‑7 am.

Unit Highlights
  • Average of 100 deliveries per month.
  • 20 private LDRP suites.
  • 2 operating rooms.
  • 4 Level II NICU beds (34 weeks to term).
Responsibilities

As a Labor & Delivery Nurse you will:

  • Provide excellent clinical care in a safe and respectful environment.
  • Follow evidence‑based protocols to ensure the best outcome.
  • Offer many options to meet individual needs and preferences.
  • Work as part of a dedicated team to meet the needs of mother and baby each day.
Requirements
  • RN license in the state of Idaho prior to hire date.
  • If multistate license, establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days of hire.
  • Proof of application for an Oregon RN license within 90 days of hire.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Health Care Provider (BLS/HCP) certification.
  • ACLS and NRP required or obtained within six months of hire date.
  • PALS, STABLE and NCC‑EFM certifications required or obtained within one year of hire date.
  • Prior nursing experience desired, preferably in LDRP.
