Hours:
36.50 - Salary Range: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
- Qualifications: 12 hour shifts, night and weekend differential
- Provide care and services such as medication administration, healthcare services, and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Assist residents with medication self‑administration and support proper medication administration practices.
- Help residents maintain proper hygiene, bathing, toileting, dressing, and overall appearance.
- Assist residents with transfers, repositioning, and walking as needed.
- Accurately obtain and report vital signs and changes in resident health status.
- Adhere to OSHA and CDC guidelines to minimize infection risks, including aseptic cleaning techniques for blood‑borne pathogens.
- Demonstrate safe and proper chemical use and follow SDS guidelines for any exposure.
- Prepare and serve nutritious, appealing meals and snacks following orders, standards, and regulations.
- Fold, hang, distribute clean linens and personal clothing; launder soiled linen and clothing.
- Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, work areas and other public areas.
- Participate in community involvement with volunteers and the facility community.
- High School Diploma or GED (required or preferred based on state regulations).
- Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies per state guidelines.
- If working at a facility in which a lift is utilized to move residents, must meet the minimum state age requirement.
