  • Salary Range: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
  • Qualifications: 12 hour shifts, night and weekend differential
Job Summary
  • Provide care and services such as medication administration, healthcare services, and assistance with activities of daily living.
  • Assist residents with medication self‑administration and support proper medication administration practices.
  • Help residents maintain proper hygiene, bathing, toileting, dressing, and overall appearance.
  • Assist residents with transfers, repositioning, and walking as needed.
  • Accurately obtain and report vital signs and changes in resident health status.
  • Adhere to OSHA and CDC guidelines to minimize infection risks, including aseptic cleaning techniques for blood‑borne pathogens.
  • Demonstrate safe and proper chemical use and follow SDS guidelines for any exposure.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious, appealing meals and snacks following orders, standards, and regulations.
  • Fold, hang, distribute clean linens and personal clothing; launder soiled linen and clothing.
  • Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, work areas and other public areas.
  • Participate in community involvement with volunteers and the facility community.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (required or preferred based on state regulations).
  • Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies per state guidelines.
  • If working at a facility in which a lift is utilized to move residents, must meet the minimum state age requirement.
