Job Overview
Looking for an upbeat, self‑starting team player to work in a Chiropractic / Naturopathic / Acupuncture clinic, assisting the doctor.
Responsibilities- Work Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM and Thursday mornings 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM, assisting the doctor in exam rooms as a medical assistant.
- Greet patients and escort them to exam rooms.
- Collect patient histories and enter information into electronic medical records (EMR).
- Check injection supplies for the day; record diagnosis codes and fill out procedure information for front desk staff.
- Scan medical records into electronic files.
- Assist other staff as needed.
- Eventually cross‑train to work the front desk/reception position one day per week.
- Hours may increase if other staff members need time off and the person is requested to fill in.
Days off:
Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday.
