ResponsibilitiesIntermountain Hospital is looking for a dynamic Inpatient Program Therapist/Case Manager to conduct group work with a variety of patients ages 12 and older. If you have the desire to work in an engaging environment with a team of professionals dedicated to the healing and health of the patients we serve, we want to hear from you! Additional duties may include other case management functions such as assessments, treatment plans and discharge planning.
ShiftDetails
Shift: PRN for Saturday and/or Sunday, minimum of 4 shifts per month, 6-8 hours, scheduled time off available when needed. More hours available if desired.

Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a clinical related mental health field. Must be trained in Crisis Prevention Instruction and CPR (we provide paid training).
