We’re on the hunt for compassionate, enthusiastic go-getters to join our team as Behavior Technicians (BTs). No experience? No problem! If you’re passionate about working with kids and ready to learn, we’ll give you everything you need to succeed – including paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

As a BT, you’ll work one‑on‑one with children on the autism spectrum, using play‑based activities and science‑backed strategies (Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life‑changing skills.
