The Ambulatory Clinic Ahead Program (ACAP) is an exciting opportunity for LPNs to start in our hiring pool, receive standardized training, and rotate through clinics to find a permanent position in a Treasure Valley clinic that is an ideal fit.

What You Can Expect From This Role
  • Clinic rotations offer a chance to explore different clinic positions firsthand and help individuals make more informed decisions on final placement.
  • Gain experience and expertise through our comprehensive standardized medical assistant onboarding, preparing you to excel in the dynamic environment of our clinics.
  • Part‑time and full‑time day shift opportunities available.
  • Primary Care and Specialty Clinic positions available.
Qualifications Education
  • Graduation from a Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
Certifications
  • Current BLS‑CPR Certification from the American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the State of Practice.
