Position: Student Analyst

Common Ground Learning is seeking a passionate and skilled Student Analyst to join our dynamic team! We provide exceptional ABA services to neurodivergent individuals ages 1–18. Using our specialized expertise, we create personalized treatment programs that meet the unique needs of every learner, fostering growth in communication, social skills, and independence
.
Our Progressive ABA approach empowers BCBAs to use clinical judgment while implementing meaningful curricula for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. We’re looking for someone excited to support BCBAs, families, and learners as part of a collaborative and evolving boutique agency.

- Agency led by a doctoral-level clinician
- Research and training opportunities within the Progressive ABA framework
- Support BCBAs with conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
- Implement behavior plans and provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation
- Provide direct behavior intervention services in clinic, home, and community settings
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
- Provide training and support to parents and caregivers
- Maintain accurate records and data collection
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations
- Enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Previous experience as an RBT (minimum 1 year)
- Experience and/or education in ABA programming and BIPs
- Knowledge of early childhood development
- Understanding of ABA principles and Progressive ABA approach
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide in-home and community-based services
- Current RBT certification required
- BCaBA preferred but not required
