Lead clients through step work and goal setting, focusing on their mental, emotional, and spiritual growth. Help them gain insights into personal challenges and define actionable paths toward improvement. - Crisis Intervention & Consultation:
Be a first responder in times of crisis, providing immediate assistance and thoughtful consultation to ensure clients' safety and well-being. - Diverse
Activities:
Beyond counseling, you’ll organize and implement monthly recreational and service activities, adding variety and excitement to your role. - Commitment to Ethics and Integrity:

- Professional
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year in inpatient, residential, outpatient, or mental health care settings. Experience with clinical and case management is highly valued. - Recovery Knowledge: A deep understanding of the twelve steps, spiritual principles of recovery, and emotional sobriety are essential.
- Communication
Skills:
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective client interaction and collaboration with the team. - Technological Proficiency:
Basic computer and technology skills are necessary for managing client documentation and communication. - Personal Recovery Journey:
Must be a sober person in recovery for at least 18 months, actively participating in a recovery program through sponsorship, meetings, and other recovery-related activities. - Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be able to pass an Enhanced background check with the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.
