The role involves initiating and managing prior authorization requests, coordinating with prescribers and medical offices, and communicating updates to patients and providers.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage prior authorization requests
• Coordinate with prescribers and medical offices
• Follow up on PA status and handle appeals
• Communicate updates to patients and providers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred)

Required Skills:

• Customer service or call center experience
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Prior authorization or insurance verification experience preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Prior authorization or insurance verification experience preferred
