Overview
Quality Assurance Specialist (Res Hab/QIDP Experience).
We are a Developmental Disability Agency and Residential Habilitation Supported Living Program that offers full-time employment opportunities to professional, motivated, and committed individuals. Our team works together to provide the highest level of services to the participants.

We are currently searching for a full-time Quality Assurance Specialist for our Residential Habilitation Program.
Employees working 32 hours or more per week enjoy competitive full-time benefits such as holiday pay, overtime pay, paid time off, personal leaves, health care, and retirement plans. Qualifications- Possess a bachelor's or master's degree in the social services field.
- Has at least 1 year of experience in the social services field and supervisory experience.
- Ability to pass upon hire a criminal background check.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Proof of Car Insurance and good driving history.
- Ability to obtain upon hire and maintain First Aid / CPR certification.
- Ability to obtain upon hire and maintain Assistance with Medications Certification.
- Ability to obtain upon hire and maintain negative Tuberculosis Skin Test Results.

- Monitor Residential Habilitation houses weekly.
- Write plans of correction for problem areas.
- Assign persons responsible to make corrections.
- Follow up with those corrections.
- Monitor service areas including employee qualifications, training, participant records and programs, provider/participant satisfaction, and participant management information system.
- Follow the state regulations governing DDA’s and Residential Habilitation.
- Ensure that RH houses are following state regulations.
- Ensure that Developmental Concepts, Inc. is providing a safe, least restrictive environment for participants.
- Conduct a monthly QA meeting of summaries with professionals.
