About the Role:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Opal Autism Centers. Job Type: Full-time.
Location:
738 Bridgeway Place, Suite 150, Eagle, Idaho 83616. Location Type:
Center-Based. Pay Range: $37,440 - $52,000 (hourly pay, not salary).

As an RBT, you will deliver high-quality, compassionate care to clients, implement individualized treatment plans supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and engage with families to support their understanding and involvement in the therapy process. The role emphasizes professional development and ethical behavior analysis.
Responsibilities- Implement treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA
- Collect data on client behaviors and progress
- Engage clients in therapeutic activities to promote learning and development
- Communicate with families about their child’s progress and strategies
- Assist in developing educational materials and resources
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of behavior analysis
- Active RBT certification or certificate of completion of a 40-hour RBT training course recognized and accepted by the BACB, or work experience as a BT in the field of ABA
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- Ability to obtain CPR certification before employment start date
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards in behavior analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a treatment team
- Desire for ongoing professional development and training
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and sit/stand/squat throughout the day
- Comfortable working fully on-site in a center-based setting
