Purpose:

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise,  hiring a Patient and Equipment Transporter. This position is responsible for the internal transport of patients and the distribution of assignment equipment.

• Schedule Information:
  This position will be scheduled:
  Wednesday‑Saturday, 1 pm‑9:30 pm.
  This position does not offer insurance benefits;
  You will not earn paid time off.

• Daily Pay benefit available.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Health Care Provider (BLS/HCP) certification required.

• Prior experience in customer service and/or patient care preferred but not required.

• Respond to all questions and requests in a timely manner, providing the highest degree of customer service to patients and staff alike.

• Coordinates with team to dispatch transporters appropriately.

• Execute established procedures for decontamination, inspection, delivery of equipment and customer service relations.

• Demonstrate use of transfer techniques and equipment as needed.
